The Monthly Meeting of the LOUISIANA XII CHAPTER of the BLUE KNIGHTS INTERNATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT MOTORCYCLE CLUB was called to order on May 6th, 2024 at 7:12 PM by Chapter President Bruce Verrette.

Item #1:  Secretary’s Report

1A: Roll call found 6 members present, 4 spouses present, and 1 child.

The Board of Directors was accounted for as listed below.

Item #2 - Treasurers Report

The Treasures Report was prepared and presented by Treasurer Pink Duckworth. As of  April 1st, 2024,                           The Regular Account Balance is:            $3253.47

A motion was made to accept the Treasurers Report as presented:

Item #3 -Vice President’s Report  

3A- Our May ride will be on May 18th  to Boudreaux & Thibodaux's in Houma. We will meet at the Race Track on US 90 in Paradis at 9:30, kickstands up shortly after.
3B- Our June ride will be to Cate Street Seafood Station in Hammond. VP Cormier will let us know the time and meeting location.

Item #4 -President’s Report

4A -. President Verrette reminded everyone to book their hotel room and either mail or electronically send in  their registration for the Spring 2025 SRC in Baton Rouge.
                                                                                                                                             
Item #5 -The Next Monthly Meeting

The next Monthly Meeting will be held on  June 3rd 2024, at the EL Paso Mexican Restaurant on Lapalco Blvd  in Marrero LA. . Dinner will start at 6:00 PM and the meeting will start at 7:00 PM.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at  7:35 PM.
